The Authors
Ann Sei Lin is a writer and librarian with a love for all things fantasy. Though London is now her home, she spent several years living and working in Chiba, Japan. When not writing, she is often studying, gaming, or trying to make that origami rabbit for the one hundredth time.
Her latest book, Between Ghosts and Gods, is Chinese mythology meets dark fantasy with a gothic horror twist. A haunting novel of ghosts, demons and murder, perfect for Halloween, and is published by Walker Books.
Ann is represented by Lina Langlee at The North Literary Agency.
Derek Owusu is a British writer and podcaster. He edited and contributed to the book Safe: On Black British Men Reclaiming Space and released his debut novel That Reminds Me in November 2019; the latter was awarded the 2020 Desmond Elliott Prize. Owusu was named on the Granta Best of Young British Novelists list 2023. His latest novel, The Recovery House, is "a very small book about some very large questions: what separates illness from inspiration? When does that inspiration become compulsion, when does self-examination slip into self-destruction?" - The Guardian.
Derek is represented by OwnIt!
